Please wait in your vehicle before your appointment, I will wave you in 2-3 mins before your start time. There is no waiting room in my home so I will not be able to let you in early, thanks for understanding. The parking space directly in front of my home is usually left open (unless other public has parked there). If not please try to park in a space where you can keep an eye on the front door.

My maternity leave starts in May, looking forward to treating patients again in 2027 Please contact me if you would like to be added to a email list for when I return to work. Currently only accepting returning patients and new prenatal/postpartum patients.

During my treatments my intention is always the same, create an experience where your body is able to feel safe, supported and cared for.

I graduated in 2018 from OVCMT and have since taken a few trainings related to pregnancy and mastectomy scar treatments. My background in Yoga keeps me curious with how bodies move and their connection to our minds and feelings.

Born and raised in the Okanagan Valley I’m proud to call Penticton my home and where I get to work and now raise my own little family. After a few short breaks for my maternity leaves, I’m happy to be back and ready to grow my massage practice.
